Where Brooklyn’s Youth Become the Future of Business

Every summer, Teens That Mean Business (TTMB) empowers high school students across Brooklyn to explore careers, earn paid work experience, and grow as future entrepreneurs and leaders.

Hosted by A Better World Community Development Corporation, TTMB bridges the gap between ambition and opportunity — giving young people the professional exposure, mentorship, and confidence they need to thrive.

Our Mission

To equip Black and Brown high school students with financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurial skills that prepare them to lead in the workforce and their communities.

  • Participants: Brooklyn high school students (ages 14–18)
